RETURN POLICY & INFORMATION



Hey babe! We only want you to have the best possible shopping experience with us here at Always Figure. However we get it, things don't always work out and sometimes items need to be sent back. Because of this, we will do our best to help get it right if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions concerning sizes and order, we'd love to help!


Return Policy

  • Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase ship date.
  • Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear. 
  • Any items ending in .99 are Final Sale, Gift Cards and all jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Once the return is received and verified, the refund minus the $6.95 for the return label will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
  • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the $6.95 fee of the return label. 


Processing Time For Returns

  • Please allow 3-7 business days for processing time once the item is received and inspected in our warehouse.
  • Once it is processed, we will send you an email confirmation letting you know it has been completed and refunded. We recommend hanging onto your tracking number so you know when it has arrived.
  • Please make sure that all approved items listed on your return request are all in the SAME package and no additional items are included in the package. 


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Payment Methods

  • Credit and Debit Pay Refunds: Once the online store has processed your return, your money will be refunded to your Credit or Debit Pay account.
  • We offer store credit. We will issue you a store credit once we've processed your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
